Our 3 month Guaranteed Weight Loss Programme is individually designed and tailored to meet specific client needs and give quick results. The planning and design of the programme is based on sound scientific research evidence looking at the most effective methods combined to tackling overweight and obesity.
The programme will change and improve metabolic biomarkers: blood glucose, insulin and blood fats all of which can contribute to Type 2 Diabetes, Obesity and other metabolic diseases. Karen Idun who delivers this service has more than 8 yrs experience in the fitness industry, is a Scottish Olympic weightlifter and assistant weightlifting club coach, and combines her sport and fitness experience with her extensive knowledge in Human, Sport and Exercise nutrition studied at Masters level.

Karen bases her success on changing and paying particular attention to body composition allowing the body to work with you in the weight loss process. Understanding body composition and the intricate relationship between nutrition and exercise gives the client the ability to work at promoting weight loss in order to achieve and maintain their ideal weight.
For the more sports specific programs Karen uses her fitness and weightlifting knowledge to improve and develop athletic speed and strength to generate the power required to improve sporting performance and give you the fitness results you desire.
